Cash-to-box product processing line

These processing lines have been conceived to process products from case to case such as tomatoes, grapes, aubergines, courgettes etc. They can be equipped with a PLC managed by a touch screen for the complete management of the plant itself. The PLC - Touch screen system allows easier management of the entire system thanks to its intuitive graphical interface.

Furthermore, our processing lines can be remotely monitored through the remote assistance service thanks to the PLC. One of our operators via PC and internet can connect directly to the PLC of the processing line and check for any faults in the electrical system or any operating anomalies in the PLC itself. They are usually made from AISI 304 stainless steel structures in full compliance with the food sector's phytosanitary regulations. This type of system aims to avoid the excessive handling of goods and to favor processing, as it concentrates all the handling and packaging work in well-ordered and organized workstations.

Plants with these characteristics allow for a 25% reduction in production costs and reduce the percentage of damaged product to a minimum.

The indicative production of these plants is as follows:

- Tomato processing in 1 kg baskets: about 2 minutes per basket.

- Processing of a 500 g basket: about 1.5 minutes per basket.

- Processing boxes with legalized weight: about 5 minutes per 7 kg box.
