Roller feeder

Machine made for the loading and selection of those fruits that do not have the characteristics suitable for marketing.

It mainly consists of a 20/10 bent sheet metal structure and 40/10 tubulars painted with special non-toxic paints for food, fully complying with the current phytosanitary standards that regulate the food sector.

The rollers for transporting the fruit are made of AISI 304 stainless steel for food with a diameter of 50 mm, closed on the sides by truncated conical caps and hooked to the side pins of a feed chain which also determines the rotation of the roller.

The rest of the components, such as motors, chains and supports have been selected from the best the mechanical construction market offers today.
