Single-fruit tomato grading line

Line made to calibrate single fruit tomatoes or small fruits in general (eg olives).

This line is made with parts in AISI 304 stainless steel and with tubular and press-bent sheets, painted with non-toxic paints in full compliance with the phytosanitary standards that regulate the food sector.

The plant consists of an automatic feed belt for correct feeding and a pre-sizing to eliminate the non-marketable undersized product.

The tilting roller calibrator is made with AISI 304 stainless steel rollers, designed to treat delicate fruit. The two stainless steel packing benches are equipped with integrated crate rests with variable height. This type of plant aims to avoid the excessive handling of goods and to facilitate processing, as it concentrates all the handling and packaging work in well-ordered and organized workstations. Plants with these characteristics allow to lower production costs by about 25% and reduce the percentage of damaged product to a minimum.

Technical features

  • workable products: single-fruit cherry tomatoes, small fruits (e.g. olives)
  • production: about 400 kg / h
  • fruit diameter: from about 13 to 60 mm
  • power consumption: 2 Kwh
  • voltage: 380V, 50 Hz.

Long onion processing lines
This processing line has been conceived for the processing of long onion. After being gathered in bunches of 6-8 onions, the product is placed on a modular conveyor belt of the Intralox type. A special machine will cut the stem and the roots and wash them. At the end of the processing cycle, the onions are perfectly washed and cut in equal measure, ready to be packaged for marketing. They can be equipped with a PLC managed by a touch screen for the complete management of the plant itself. The PLC - Touch screen system allows easier management of the entire system thanks to its intuitive graphical interface.
Furthermore, thanks to the PLC, our processing lines can be remotely monitored through the remote assistance service. One of our operators via PC and internet can connect directly to the PLC of the processing line and check for any faults in the electrical system or any operating anomalies in the PLC itself. These processing lines are designed in compliance with the main ergonomic and safety standards. They are usually made up mainly of load-bearing structures in bent sheet metal and tubular AISI 304 stainless steel in full compliance with the hygiene standards that regulate the food sector.

Melons - peaches processing line
Processing lines designed for washing, grading and packaging delicate fruits such as melons, peaches, aubergines, etc. from bins to crate. They are usually made from AISI 304 stainless steel structures in full compliance with the food sector's phytosanitary regulations. They consist of a washing sector with rotating brushes and automatic drying and a packaging sector. Calibration is obtained by measuring the weight using load cells. The packaging section is equipped with belt conveyors to supply both empty packaging and transport full packaging ready to be sent to the markets. They can be equipped with a PLC managed by a touch screen for the complete management of the plant itself. The PLC - Touch screen system allows easier management of the entire system thanks to its intuitive graphical interface.

One of our operators via PC and internet can connect directly to the PLC of the processing line and check for any faults in the electrical system or any operating anomalies in the PLC itself. The purpose of this type of plant is to avoid the excessive handling of goods and to favor processing, as it concentrates all the handling and packaging work in well-ordered and organized workstations. Plants with these characteristics lower production costs by about 25% and reduce the percentage of damaged product to a minimum.

Peppers processing line
These processing lines have been designed for washing and packing peppers from bin to crate. They are usually made from AISI 304 stainless steel structures in full compliance with the food sector's phytosanitary regulations. They consist of a washing sector with rotating brushes, an automatic drying sector and a packaging sector. The packaging section is equipped with crate support shelves and belt conveyors to supply both empty packaging and transport the finished product ready to be sent to the markets. Vegetable processing line
Line designed for post-washing vegetable processing. Thanks to the stations in orderly work benches and the functional structure, it allows a linear and simple cutting-cleaning and rejecting procedure. The perforated "Intralox" type upper belt allows the water to drain from the vegetables, channeled into a special tank below. In the lower belt, on the other hand, it allows the conveyance of waste coming from the special holes in the processing benches. Both belts are suitable for food use, as well as the entire structure, made of AISI 304 stainless steel, in full compliance with the current phytosanitary standards that regulate the food sector. The rest of its components, such as motors, chains, supports, etc., have been selected from the best that the mechanical construction market offers and produces today. At the end of the processing line, a rotating table can also be used, flanked by cash-rest supports, suitable for final packaging operations in crates of the product, thus ready to be marketed.
Pumpkin brush
Machine designed and built for the (dynamic) dry brushing of post-harvest pumpkins, with the following characteristics and main parts:
- Upper brushing system adjustable in height, according to the size of the pumpkins.
- Dynamic lower brushing system: thanks to the rotary and forward motion of the brushes, it allows, during the cleaning process, the advancement of the product until it comes out of the machine.
- Hood on top of the machine to vacuum the dirt and dirt produced by the brushing process. Furthermore, the brushing machine is entirely made with an AISI 304 stainless steel structure, suitable for food use; as well as the brushes used for cleaning. The rest of its components such as motors, chains, supports, brushes, have been selected from the best the mechanical construction market offers today.
