SECOND PHASE:
This consists of an accurate mechanical rubbing of the case by special rotating brushes. The case will be locked automatically, and brushes will clean the side and front parts.
THIRD PHASE:
Here the crate blocked at the sides will still be scrubbed by other brushes in its rear and internal parts.
FOURTH PHASE:
The box will be placed in a washing tunnel with hot water and high pressure. It will be hit by very high pressure water jets coming from a series of nozzles, allowing the residual dirt to be removed. Finally, when exiting the washing tunnel, the external bottom of the box will be brushed by two rotating brushes.
Disinfection process
The final part of the machine, usually composed of a slide, can be replaced by a disinfection tunnel. Here, special nozzles create a cloud of water and nebulized disinfectant that covers the entire box's surface, thus lowering its bacterial load and allowing it to be used for the storage of goods in cold rooms.
